Jorge Jose Luis studied painting, sculpture, modeling, perspective, poster and photography in the Plastic Arts School and graduated in 1959. He simultaneously worked at a publishing house where he earned prizes for various art contests that he entered.read more
In the 60’s and 70’s he studied in California, Russia and the Chech Republic. During the next two decades he entered contests and became well known for his drawings and paintings. He studied portraits under the master Orlando Hernandez Yanes and landscapes under the master Jorge Martinez Mayet.
Besides the many awards he received, Jorge Jose Luis has exhibited worldwide. He is also an assistant professor, associate investigator for the History of the Cuban Revolution, pilot and navigator.
