Art Creation Foundation For Children
While Haiti is rich in art, Jacmel adds another level as the "craft center" for Haiti. ACFFC teaches street children art so that they may have a future. These are children that haven't eaten on a regular basis and have never attended school. Many of the children are orphaned and are destined to a life on the streets. All live a life of severe poverty. ACFFC provides food, medical care and an education. Additionally, by teaching them the art and crafts that Jacmel is known for, it gives them the means to provide for themselves and their families. Just look at their smiles! We are proud of our association with this organization. All sales of the items below go to benefit this organizion and the children of Jacmel. |
