Please Note: This painting has faint pin holes around the perimeter, probably caused by being attached to stretchers. They should not be visible when stretched and framed. In addition there is some minor flaking of the paint. The defects in this work are typical of works of this age and do not detract from its beauty or value. Jean-Baptiste lost his vision and consequently has not painted for many years. His works are considered highly collectible and hard-to-find. This is a museum quality piece.
