(1952 - ) Born in Port-au-Prince, Haiti

Harry Jean was educated in Haiti, the Dominican Republic and the US. As a child, he was influenced by the many talented artists that he worked with, including Rigaud Benoit, Murat Brierre, Edgard Brierre, and Raymond Dorleans. He has had exhibits in the US and in the Dominican Republic. He now resides in the US and, working with a group of other Haitian artists, hopes to introduce more Americans to the beauty of Haitian art.
