Born in 1954 in Jacmel, Geslin began to paint in 1969. He studied at the School of Fine arts in Port-au-Prince under the tutelage of Jean-Rene Jerome, Emilcar Simil, and Raoul Dupoux.

He has exhibited in the United States, the Dominican Republic, Martinique, Guadeloupe, France and Japan.
