The Artist in his own words:..." In this painting, the two memorable towers of the World Trade Center (the twins) are personified by two sculptural nudes. Two Dragonflies represent the planes that struck the towers. Here I use the dragonflies as a metaphor for the dragon, a mythical animal that spits fire."
